“I was happy with the option to do virtual line up and get my shopping done rather than wait the 45mins in line. I'm thankful I could assist an elderly couple sign in as well. I would suggest lights or something to direct customers to this option as I saw a few waiting but seemed to miss the sign. Wonderful to have the agent call me direct when it was my turn. He was professional, curtious and very helpful. He also thanked me for assisting the othe couple with the virtual lineup. I believe the agents name was Michael.
