“I woke up to my phone screen black, I didn’t know at the time my screen needed to be replaced. I hadn’t backed it up in a while so my photos were stuck on there and not able to get them off with everything I tried.I went to Apple and the only suggestion they had was to restore my phone which I was not willing to do! They said everything in their diagnostic testing came back normal.I rushed to IMS (crying haha) and they figured it was a screen issue only and would take a look.A couple of hours later I got a call that the screen was the issue, it was replaced and ready to be picked up!A rollercoaster of a day but I was so glad they were there to help me same day with such kindness, whereas Apple was no help at all…Thank you so much!!”
“We came here to buy 2 phone cases. Great selection and great prices, we bought 2 for $30. We were on our way to the IPhone store to get a screen replacement, which would have cost $260. The gentlemen at this store mentioned he could do it for $120 so we went with it. Extremely happy with the result, the phone was ready within 30 minutes and it looks like new. He was very helpful and didn't try to upsell us on anything. We will certainly be back, highly recommend.”

After waiting 10 minutes at gate as there was 3 people inside. A young man asked me what I’m looking for. I say popsocket mount. He says oh ya we have those then goes to check and I don’t see him for another 30 minutes!Meanwhile a woman working there doesn’t care about anything it seems just wandering around. A Filipino woman sitting on the ground in front of counter, waiting for her cell phone that took ages.It was a scene that could have played at the theatres lol..I like the store though and I’ve spent thousands and thousands of dollars at Best Buy over the years. This mini location is so convenient!”
