“My phone died!! Yes, even though my device is fried, I am giving this company a glamorous five-star review. I had brought my phone in for a screen replacement, and they did an amazing job. No residue on the side. The work was done in a timely matter (same day). The customer service representative didn't hide any details, so I knew exactly what I was expecting. The next week, my device overheated, and I brought it back. I expected to probably get charged to have it looked over, but they diagnosed it without charging me. They were punctual, courteous, and even sympathetic that my device was now a brick. Great customer service. cheers!”
