“My favourite one stop shop in Fredericton is Scholten's for many different needs. Scholten's has some of the very best staff in retail I've ever dealt with, consistently across many visits to both Northside locations. This location in particular, has Kagan working at the Capt Sub counter, he is hands down one of the warmest, knowledgeable, and efficient employees I've had the pleasure of being waited on by in retail/dining. Just wanted to send out an extra Kudos to him, for standing out in a setting that already offers great customer service by all employees I've been waited on by.”

“Ordered something online and picked it up there. I was speaking to one of the gentleman about a series of cutting torches which are no longer in production. He had valuable information that is tricky to find online. He offered all the relevant information needed to deal with these torches safely. At first glance, their prices seem relatively reasonable. I absolutely recommend this place.”
“Staff is always so friendly. There should be a security mirror for staff to see if people are in the back corner, though. I don't think it's safe for 1 staff to work alone at night, without one, now that the shelves are so high & arranged differently. I'd be curious if Work Safe NB has rules for 1 staff working alone, I know that is a rule for some types of businesses.”
“This store has been my go to convenience store for over 12 years! Great owners, great staff, beautiful people! Of course some prices are up a bit, it’s a convenience store, the variety and convenience is worth it always!Those of us who live in the area are truly fortunate to have such a great local business, I am thankful for you all!”
“In Town cheapest gas price. Friendly & quick Services by staff. Best place that I can find everything in daily basis things with cheap cost. Store gets arranged and clean. An Extra advantage is they have VLT Machines too.”

“Very secure safe Store for ringing the buzzards so they know who you are.
Another safety protocol is that you must get a key ? from the counter to go outside to use the washroom.
Glad they do that this way so no one decides to just break in whenever they want to they have cameras ? in store for safety issues! Which is great ?
Sometimes my dad gets gas ⛽️ at this location and sometimes not just depends.
Some-days he gets his tire ? filled up from the air-tire machine as well.

“Went here yesterday to get a slushy and for my grandfather to get gas. I’ve been here a few times over the last couple of summers, but never before have I met a wonderful employee (which unfortunately I don’t know what his name is) and he was such a kind and nice person and he gave me a lot of compliments and we even had a full on conversation and he really put a smile on my face. Definitely will want to go here more if I want friendly service!”

“They allowed me to fill my tank with gasoline from their large reserve of gasoline underground. Quite generous. Highly recommended if you need gasoline for your vehicle (or other gasoline needs).”
“I bought windshield washer fluid this past winter and the manager saw me and helped me put it in my car! I also buy gas here all the time. The staff are very nice and when they see me coming they are quick to open the door (I'm a wheelchair user) even when they know I don't need help.”

“This Irving is what you would expect in a convenience store. Carry most everything you would want to hold you over till grocery day. I really do not find they have or have had the friendliest staff. They are there to put their time in as quickly as possible.”
