    It's not only the place, but also their customer service , has been changed in to a massive way. Promptly attending to the customers and escorting them to the vacant counters , made me feel real outstanding service compared with previous venue . Shauna was doing a spectacular job above all.Keep it up.👏👏

    Vindya at the Lansdowne branch was calm , listenend well, very supportive, and provided me with prompt and excellent service. She guided me to use various features of the mobile app.. it's the best service I received from rbc so far 👍

    Very convenient location, lot of parking at the plaza, nice customer service. Online access to accounts is straight forward and site easy to navigate. I have been with them for a little time now but so far so good. I'm very satisfied.
