“Highly recommend Hampton Home Hardware for it's exceptional customer service. We had ordered wood and expected it to arrive by a certain date. There was a mix up and a broken down truck. I spoke with the owner and he was compassionately professional. He said that if he had to deliver this wood himself with his own truck he would, and we would not be let down. He kept his word and our wood was delivered. He has our family's loyalty and deserves nothing less. Thank you!!!!!”
“The only reason for a 4 rating is because I had to find someone to help us. They said they only had 2 staff out of 10 for the flooring department that day. Service wasn't the best. I had to measure the flooring and find where the 16-foot rolls were on my own. Staff shortage.”
