The store is generally clean and organized, making it easy to find what you need. Staff are helpful and friendly. “The giant tiger at Coverdale. The tall woman who is the manager always has an unfriendly vibe. When you ask her questions about a product she’s very dismissive and not willing to be of assistance. Another day I had an issue by the self service machine, she was about to walk past me until I called her attention to the machine, reluctantly with a frown as she usually gives me, she attended to it and walked away.”
