“We got engaged on vacation in February and immediately went ring shopping the day we came back. The first place we went to was Inglis. When we entered the store, we were greeted by Ade, who was extremely helpful in picking out ring options that matched the style I wanted and fit our budget. The very first ring I tried on was the one I knew I wanted to buy. We wanted to do our due diligence and check out other stores first so we left. None of the other stores had quite what I was looking for and their prices seemed marked up (the stores in the mall specifically). My fiance and I went back and bought the ring that I wanted.
I needed to get it sized down but I was worried dropping down from size 7 to 6 would be too tight. I sized it down to 6.5, and then brought it in again a few weeks later to size it down to 6.25. It now fits perfectly.
Last week I dropped off my rings for their cleaning & check-up. Ade once again greeted me and was very cheerful and helpful. The rings were ready to be picked up the next day. They are once again as beautiful & shiny as the day we bought them.
If you are looking for great service, go here. My parents (and my fiance's parents) both recommended that we go here first to check out rings and I'm glad we did.”
