the service rep at the saint john airport was very nice, friendly and informative, she even walked me out to my car. The enterprise staff in Levis, Quebec where we dropped the car off drove us back to our motel to save us a taxi fee. excellent service which is why i still continually use Enterprise Rent-A-Car after 20yrs
