The counter person was polite and friendly, and the whole process was quick and easy. The price of my rental car was competitive with all of the available rental companies.

Not a good experience at all, we had a booking at the other location in the Saint John but they didn’t have cars available, this airport location had cars available but no employees at the booth even though it ‘apparently’ opens at 8:00 AM. I even reserved a car for 8:30 AM online but no one is here.

Too bad I can’t give a zero rating. The first enterprise location cancelled on us, and this one booked us for 8:30, it’s 8:50 rn and they’re “open” yet closed. Pathetic!

One of the worst enterprise location I have ever been to. Internet says it opens at 8AM. I booked my car for 8:30AM but nobody is here to serve. They are charging extra $20 for “premium location” but this is ridiculous.This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I wish I could give -5 to this location.This location is taking our money and wasting our time. Don’t book flights from here.

We had a wonderful experience. The lady works there is very helpful. She was very friendly and customer centric. We were late due to our flight delayed, so we contacted her from Toronto. She was very understanding and went above and beyond to go to work early so we could get our car as early as possible. Thank you very much

Make sure to have your car rental set up ahead of time as they have a small number to pick from and few staff. Great service as long as you are all arranged ahead of time!

We were welcomed by Krista filled the papers and were on our way. After we arrived to the hotel I noticed some scratches on the rear bumper (I missed it during our initial check which you have to do by yourself). I took pictures and emailed Krista right away. They took care of it without any hustle.
