“Staff are always kind at this location, but the car wash is often broken or breaking, they should really just replace it completely or shut it down; the dryer is pretty weak but altogether pointless because the exit door after the dryer drops a good amount of dirty water on your car as you exit.”

“I love Irving Oil gas stations. I always go and collect points with my hometown rewards that is linked to my Avion account. One day, I filled up the tank, and when I went to pay, I didn't know I had forgotten my wallet, but the employee let me go home to get it and then pay. I just signed a form to do it. I just wish they would do more promotions to earn more points.”

“Staff was great and attentive. They really run their butts off. Food was good. Could have had more staff and seemed to feel like the staff has been told to monitor usage of things like creamers, sweeteners and jams. Instead of just having dishes of them on tables we were asked if we wanted any and the wait staff brought just a couple out. Just made me think that if a company such as irving that makes crazy profits every year hand over fist actually worries about condiments you wonder how their employees get treated or paid. Just that simple little detail made me give a 4 out of 5. I would rather know that a company that owns most of NB wouldn't mind giving up a few thousand in senior level bonuses to allow staff NOT to force staff to monitor a customer's overall experience. ? yes, I realize it sounds petty but a customer experience which includes feeling welcome is everything.”
“The Scholtens Petro is amazing. Typical gas station with more pantry staples than you would expect which is convenient if you forgot something and it's a holiday. Also has a movie rental service. Very friendly staff.”

“Place is always kept well cleaned. Bathrooms aren't free of odor but are usually free of any grime or fresh issues.Staff are usually friendly and willing to make a joke or have a conversation if it's slow. They're helpful and if some are quiet most have fantastic customer service.”
