Dealt with RBC my entire life I have multiple accounts with them. Many of which they profit from. Therefore, I believe I should be considered a valued customer, but clearly that’s not the case. They currently have an incentive for cash back upon beginning a mortgage with them. Long story short after dealing with Ravi Arni the manager / supervisor of the mortgage specialists at RBC he notified me that he would not approve the incentive for me even though I went and got a mortgage with them mid March within their specified dates of February 16-June 16, 2021. This being the case according to this incentive I would only receive 500$ cash back from RBC for my mortgage agreement with them. While they profit around 15,000$ for the 5 year term of the mortgage. Their un-willingness to provide good customer service goes to show their values and morals revolve around greed not the customer service. The representative (Ravi) during my phone call even went on to state that my history with their bank meant nothing. Im shocked and disappointed. I’ll look to TD or other customer oriented locations for a lot of my accounts in the future (Ie insurances, savings, and mortgages).

Rude and downright illogical guidelines during this epidemic. I witnessed staff tell a mother she cannot enter the bank with her 14 year old daughter. They come from the same household. Not long after that I went to withdrawal from my account "after being declined a teller withdrawal". At the ATM as I put my debit in staff rudely asked me to back up and wait. I did so. This is the last straw with this bank.I give YOU people MY money.

This is an awesome location and an a excellent location for this branch. The staff are very easy to work with and the rates are very reasonable for the service that they provide. They have such a wide variety of promotional value to bring to the table, I highly recommends that any body that is looking for good promotional service to take the time to consider taking on this branch and to definitely check out this location , they always ave great offers that will more than fit your budgeting needs. They are very professional.
