“On January 12th, VIP ( Calais)worked us in to get an oil change. They also replaced a nut & bolt that had gotten damaged from not being tightened up at last oil change (done elsewhere). They were very helpful and professional. We also appreciated them having a comfortable place to wait - including water, coffee, and a bathroom. Thank you Calais VIP! “We were getting ready to leave the hotel we stayed at in St Stephen and noticed my rear motorcycle tire had worn down to the cords on the previous days ride...we were on a cross country ride and were heading back home to Alberta. Cycle Works comes up on google in St Stephen so I gave him a call. He said he doesn't carry any tires but if I got one he can and would put it on no problem, and if I had the tires by 3pm today he would get them installed. I ordered 2 new tires from Saint John 1hr away and had a cab bring them to Cycle Works. Todd was already busy, the phone ringing off the hook and many customer projects already in his shop. Todd kicked us out and said he will call us when done...we went for breakfast at 11am and hung out.....2pm he called and said the tires are installed! Fantastic service at an excellent price from a guy who has seen it all and has been in business since 1989. I live 6 days away but would not hesitate driving to see Todd and have him work on my machines. If you're stuck, if your tired of dealers, if you want to support small business, go and see Cycle Works and get treated like you matter again! Thanks Todd!”
