“I’ve been a customer at Salisbury Home Hardware for many years, and I really appreciate having such a great local business in our community. Everyone is always friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. About a year ago I bought my ride-on lawn mower there. They delivered it, adjusted the seat for me, and got everything set up before they left. Unfortunately, I didn’t actually try starting it until after they were gone and found out the battery was dead. They suggested boosting it, but I wasn’t comfortable doing that. They came back out to help, and when the battery still wouldn’t take a charge, they drove to Moncton to pick up a new battery, came back, installed it, and made sure I was all set. That’s just one example of the excellent customer service I’ve received over the years. It’s so nice having a local business you know you can count on. Thank you! 😊”
