“Dear FedEx Team Concord NH. How much I appreciate all of you. We came into mail Christmas presents to Florida. It was a Thursday, the young man helping us was wonderful. He said “they would arrive the following Wednesday.” Well they arrived two days early on Monday! I was nervous about one item out of my large box. I was told not to worry he would take great care. He marked the box fragile no one would miss it. To my surprise, I arrived in Florida today 12/24 to unpack my gifts. To find this… wow you all are great. “First time using them. Had 7 print jobs given to me in a 48 hour time down (all urgent of course). Since I didn't have their specs (and had 7 people calling me with changes etc) there were s few small glitches. Do far so good...3 jobs down... Good pricing, great communication and good quality printing. Will update after all 7 are done and put to bed.”
