They know their business. They know how to package an item for shipping and then how to get it there in a timely fashion and without it being broken.

Staff is very patient. Internet access is bad so if you need to look something up (like a shipping address) do it before you arrive. Guest network is slow. Cellular coverage is not great.

This place does a TON of business, and they do it with good humor and efficiency. Very nice staff and they have all the UPS services -- post boxes, shipping, etc. I have used this store for four years and never had anything but good experiences.
