“Dianna (like the princess) is awesome. First time shipping some important documents via FedEx. She was so nice explaining to me the shipping options and properly formatting a kind of weird mailing address though the FedEx system. She also got the recipients phone number as well as my phone number in case the driver has any questions locating the drop off spot. Provided shipping goes smoothly, FedEx will be my first choice whenever I need to ensure my packages get delivered every time, on time,”
“This is the first USPS location that I've ever had more positive experiences than not. With the exception of one older woman who just seems to be grumpy as a default, everyone's always real nice when you go in, and they move pretty quick even when there's a line and only one or two people behind the desk. We've never had issues getting our mail (some of the issues we've had with our previous local post offices and mail/package deliveries was so unbelievable...) so it's a nice change to not have constant issues!”
“so this is what first class mail has come to in NH? had I paid $9.95 ? apparently stamps aren't enough these days. I get it 1-5 business days is 8 real days going on 2 weeks now. is it because the return address is from Pensacola FL? ahh Pensacola now that's a town that delivers mail”
“Who reviews a post office anyway... Anyone who thinks USPS is bad has clearly never had to deal with UPS or Fedex on a regular basis. Careful what you wish for! I ship daily, USPS is usually 1/2 - 1/4 the cost depending on speed, location, and commercial account discounts (low cost UPS and FedEx services rely on USPS for final delivery), has comparable phone support (they all make speaking to a human difficult), and their online claims process is much easier and more likely to be approved. This particular post office is well above average in terms of wait times and anything else that matters, and all my carriers are great. Don't the people complaining have a McDonald's review to write? Geez.”

The associates are very friendly and helpful at checkout or doing returns, or in finding items or getting information. If you are not part of the Easy Rewards and use the App, this definitely makes a difference in taking advantage of points back and sale items. I do watch their promotions for items that I purchase on a regular basis.”
