At first try with an extremely print job for my business, the initial product had some errors. The print manager, Barbara went above and beyond and then a bit further to make everything right. I'm taking the time to write this as what Barbara did on my behalf and at the speed she did it is simply not seen these days. She has my business going forward! Thanks Barbara!!!

I went tonight just before closing time… & Alex was great he did whatever I needed for printing & I didn’t feel rushed or like I annoyed him. He was very helpful, making sure everything was exactly how I wanted it! Thanks Alex!

The folks in printing area seem to hate their job and customers. Don't ask why someone is waiting at counter even though they see them. Too busy fooling around on their computers.

Printers or scanner never work and no one who works here even management cares to probably fix it or help the customer. Manager walked away. I even went to Go and BUY a scanner because I am so sick of printers not working. But no service. No sale.

Stopped here to mail my UPS package after being sent away from the UPS store 15 minutes before closing because it was determined to be "too close to closing to mail your package". No line, no waiting, friendly service and the hours for drop off are much better. And picked up a new phone charger while I was there using the coupon I received for mailing my package. Bonus.

I went to the print shop last night and Tanya (sp?) was absolutely amazing! She really went above and beyond to rescue my mom's handwriting off of a colored piece of paper and take it to black and white so that I can frame it. She worked miracles and did not have to put in half as much effort as she did. You are so lucky to have her, and I am beyond grateful! Thank you!❤️
