She was super helpful in looking up an item for us, even when that meant going to their storage across the street. When we asked if we could pay but have them hold a few weeks (due to moving) it was not a problem.
She was engaging, helpful and simply a great personality. In a time when it seems customer service is an afterthought at most stores, having her help us was a nice encounter.”
