The front left part of the bumper was unhinged. After looking at it, he snapped it back into place and then checked to make sure the hood opened and closed and that the hinges were not damaged. He assured me that all was well. I will be using SK Auto Body for any and all future bodywork. If the rest of the staff is as professional and friendly as Shadi, then this is where everyone should bring their autos.

“LePage's Auto Wholesale is a business built on integrity. I wanted to replace my 2010 Honda Element after mine had been totaled in a hit and run. I was frustrated at the situation and just wanted my car back. I found almost my exact vehicle, with lower miles at LePage's. I drove 2.5 hours from CT to look at it and then on a second trip, bought the vehicle. At the time of purchase, the power door locks would only respond intermittently to the button on the door or the remote. LePage's put in writing that they would warranty it past the standard warranty they offer. We just needed it to fail completely in order to properly troubleshoot it. So I took the vehicle. Multiple times it appeared to fail completely and LePage's stood by their promise. They paid my local mechanic to try and fix it. When that didn't work, they told me to bring it back to them. They repaired it free of charge and paid for my rental and even drove me back and forth to the rental company.
This is what "standing by your sale" looks like. If every auto reseller treated their customers this way, the thought of buying a car would not be so anxiety ridden for so many people.

Walked in with a starter that was black and gunked up and walked about with a started that looks better than it would from the factory. They were super quick, Very friendly, tell you what the problem is, and definitely know what they are doing.

“Phil went above and beyond on my 2013 F150! I brought it in to have rusted rocker panels fixed to pass inspection.First he invited me to stop by so he could check it out. Phil took a look, said no problem, gave me a quote and squeezed me into his schedule. He had the repairs done early and on budget…but I was so pleasantly surprised to find my truck detailed inside and out and additional small rust areas were fixed as well which were not in the quote. The truck literally looks better than new (and it passed inspection after these repairs).From the first phone call to picking up my truck, this was a professional and courteous experience.
