“Very helpful and friendly staff. They made the move-in process seamless and very straight forward. Easy access to units and convenient storage option. We needed a storage unit to help during relocation from out of state and this was a perfect solution. Have rented with other Extra Space locations in the past, and would continue to rent again when/if needed.”

“Dakota was a deciding factor in choosing to keep my belongings with Prime Storage while I searched for a home in New Hampshire. He facilitated a unit that met my needs at a competitive price. He explained the benefits of the various units and contrasted that with my needs to get me into a space that was secure and convenient. Dakota exercised the utmost customer care and made me feel valued. I would recommend this Prime Storage location to anyone looking for a storage solution.”

“I rented a storage unit from Eric in 2020 and yesterday shipped out my unit to another state. Never an issue here. Excellent security and all my household belongings stayed stay and dry. I gave a 5 star rating but if there was a 10 available that would have been my choice. I thank the owners so much for running a clean facility and working with me during my time renting my units from you. Don't search anywhere else. This facility is the best around.”

“Good unit for the price, definitely more low key than fancier units but if you don't need all that, here's a good spot.
Had a temporary hiccup in getting the right security code but now all good. Response was very fast.”
