“Very nice service. Was looking for pokemon cards and found some way below retail price and they have defense mechanisms against scalpers for any that are reading this.
For scalpers: STAY AWAY AND STOP RUINING EVERYTHING YOU TOUCH! LEAVE SOME FOR THE REST OF US!”
“So today, when I went into Family Dollar, the Internet was down and the person behind the counter had to restart the credit card machine for just about every customer who wanted to make a purchase. I had a return to make . She handled it so beautifully —-she knew how to back the return out when the transaction failed -that didn’t go through - the system she did a reboot. She documented it on the paper that she printed out for the management. then she did my return and there were people waiting in line and she handled it so calmly and was so nice about it, but the thing was competence! She knew exactly how to run that machine and Fix the problem and she had no help in the store. None.
I count that as top-notch customer Service service.
It was a petite woman with dark hair and whoever she is, she deserves a big raise.”
“The only complaint I have is...this is the closest store to me & a lot of times I would stop to get creamer or milk. But I was tired of risking there & seeing they were out of 1 or the other.”
“Great for a quick trip, without going to big department store. Customer service is good here. :) They work hard here, and get to know their customers. They need more recognition, and pay, for what they do!
I've seen alot of staff leave over the 10+ years I've been here. They'd probably stay, if appreciated more.”

“The staff is amazing, but dairy seems to always be a bust along with many frozen items. As a matter of convenience it can be great if they have what my family needs.”
