“So today, when I went into Family Dollar, the Internet was down and the person behind the counter had to restart the credit card machine for just about every customer who wanted to make a purchase. I had a return to make . She handled it so beautifully —-she knew how to back the return out when the transaction failed -that didn’t go through - the system she did a reboot. She documented it on the paper that she printed out for the management. then she did my return and there were people waiting in line and she handled it so calmly and was so nice about it, but the thing was competence! She knew exactly how to run that machine and Fix the problem and she had no help in the store. None.
I count that as top-notch customer Service service.
