Had my 3rd bike done by them recently and all three have worked out stellar. Two are woods bikes and one is moto. The sad part is that after I had my first one done back in 2017 that I'm forced to do them all now as the bikes work so much better than stock.

I was worried as a big dude well over 300lbs that they may not be used to tuning suspension for a guy my size (I suppose who would be used to that?). Boy was I wrong. They got me stiffer springs within a day or two from one of their other shops. The whole process took maybe 4 days from start to finish. I put the suspension back on my 24 300xcw. Man oh man! Between the bike being my first modern day 2 stroke and the suspension being the first time I’ve had a bike fully custom tuned, it’s an amazing ride. A truly amazing amazing let me say it again! Amazing ride!!! I’m coming off of a ktm 500 with stiffer springs but no valving. I’m like a semi professional rider now ?! I was already riding netra turkey runs and exploring everywhere any anywhere with the 500, but wow, does this open up a whole new dimension of possibilities. I literally can just roll right over the most treacherous terrain without any hesitation. I literally say to myself, “this is a cheater bike.” Thank you factory connection for living up to your reputation. One extremely satisfied customer here!

Get my 2023 crf450 50th anniversary suspension done here. Bike feels much more balance. Needed a them to add a little more bottoming resistance ro their valve job and they did. Can't wait to try it out in the spring. I know it's going to be great.Ricky

I’ve been using Factory Connection for suspension services for 5 years now and have not had a single bad experience with them. They are going to work with you to get your suspension dialed and turn around times are pretty fast! If you send your suspension in for a revalve make sure to give them as much information about what you want to change as possible. The more they know the better your revalve will be! Call them up and pick their brain about clickers and sag adjustments to see how you like the bike to feel on certain terrain. That way when you go for a revalve they know what direction to go (firm or soft). I also recommend doing both the shock and forks together, they work as one and sometimes the front feeling off can actually be solved by a shock adjustment.Service: Steering & suspension repair
