“Mark was awesome. I had a number of concerns with our rental car and he was able to reassure me, didn’t push any unnecessary repairs and topped up the tires for free. Very trustworthy.”

“I am so thankful for Midas in the North Conway NH location. I was on vacation with my family and started having an issue with my car. They were able to get the car in for a look the next morning and diagnose the issue for me in less than hour. They were an absolute life saver. Thank you”

“Awesome place to get tires. We travel full time in our RV and needed tires on the RV. Called ahead and they had 14 ply tires we had been looking for, for a long time. We were in and out within an hour. Great guys.”

“It's rare to get this kind of service these days - Verne and Alyssa went above and beyond to get our window fixed after it broke. Very professional and responsive.”

“I can't speak highly enough of this shop! I came in out of nowhere on a month long roadtrip missing my whole front bumper and pretty dejected after being turned away from two other spots, willing to settle for whatever anyone could do for me just to get me a few thousand miles back home. Nate took one look at my car and said he'd have me up and going again as soon as they could get it in. They took care of me quickly and easily and their work, much like their customer service, is absolutely top notch - seamless! Great communication, very easy to work with and a job well done, I highly reccomend visiting Northeast Auto Body if you find yourself in need of a reputable body shop!”

“The lawnmower threw up a rock and put a hole in one of our picture windows. Granite State came out for a free quote that was very reasonably priced and noted a 2-4 week timeframe for the glass to be ready for the repair. A few weeks later they called to ask if they could install that day and their team was there 45 minutes later, had everything replaced within 30 minutes. Someone looked at the replaced window and said the only way you could tell they were there was because the new glass was cleaner. They left the area spotless. Highly recommend if you need any residential glass repair!!”

“Kevin came recommended to us by a number of folks in town and they were right. He takes good care of his customers. Easy scheduling, prompt service, thorough repair explanations, and fair prices. He even helped out a friend of ours who was visiting and having truck issues. We called and Kevin got him into the shop the same day.”

“They were incredibly helpful from start to finish, and I really appreciated how transparent they were with every recommendation. They provided clear photo and video evidence for anything they suggested, which made the whole experience feel honest and trustworthy. What really impressed me was that they diagnosed an issue that three other shops couldn’t figure out. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing things the right way made all the difference. Highly recommend Auto Care Plus — I’ll definitely be returning for any future work.”

“Excellent service, reliable, and fair prices! I can't say enough good things about the owner and his team. They helped me out on the Friday after Thanksgiving when my Santa Fe started overheating. As a tourist from Canada, I was feeling nervous, but Donny took great care of my car, allowing me to continue my travels without any issues. I highly recommend this place—5 stars all the way!”

“OH MY GOD THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! We came in a hour before closing because our entire wheel had rusted and broken off. These people managed to repair the car to brand new conditions so quickly, and if that did not work out we would have gotten a free loaner car for the whole weekend they were out. I could not recommend this place higher and would give it more than five stars if I could. I would like to extend a big thank you to all the people working here to.”

“Had a great experience here. I came in for an oil change and mentioned that I had a leak that another shop had been unable to diagnose. They took the time to look into it and were able to figure out where the leak was coming from. Even better, they didn’t charge me anything for taking the time to help diagnose the problem. It’s not often you find a business that goes above and beyond like that. I really appreciate their honesty, helpfulness, and great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them!”

“I needed a new daily driver for work which includes tons of driving with kids in the car. Nate met us out in the lot and showed a few cars and brought me to a 2021 Forester with high miles but in great condition. He didnt pressure me at all. Was kind and advocated for my needs. I hear he is new at sales which is nice because he didnt feel pushy or salesy at all. I ended up getting to close the deal with Jesse who was able to add on 6 years/75k bumper to bumper. I'm very happy with my new Nanny wagon. Thank you guys! Sorry it took a few weeks to get this posted. I've been slammed!”
