I have gone to this yoga studio for 15 years and the classes are fabulous and the instructor is knowledgeable, patient and kind. The studio is always clean and welcoming. Terrible yoga class - the instructor was rude and condescending, and the facility was below par. Absolutely would not recommend and will be going to Shelton yoga instead. Several of my friends have called full circle with questions and have also mentioned the staff is incredible rude and difficult.

Kim is truly a savant of movement and the human body. She is by far the best yoga teacher I've ever had because of her focus on proper body alignment within each posture and her masterful ability to communicate in a way to get you to move your own body into the proper posture. I don't think I'll ever go to anyone else.
