“I recently bought a weed whacker and the service person assembled the thing, then he said the string they give you isn't the best so he replaced it with steel coated wire. I got a good price and he spent twenty minutes with me. I was so impressed I went back and bought a husqvarna riding mower. The staff and the products are the best!!”

“I live in Goffstown Village and prefer the 15-minute drive to this store, as opposed to the store that's less than a mile from my house. Everybody's always been friendly and helpful, whether I was looking for ice melt or having my slider re-screened.”
“Extremely helpful staff. I walked in with the intent to purchase a tool box to replace my 15 year old craftsman I have outgrown. I walked in and made eye contact with an associate walking away down another aisle and he stopped immediately and asked “hello, can I help you with something”. I explained the base and top chest I was after and within a minute or two he and another woman had them loaded on carts and brought them to the register. I was out in under 10 minutes. It was a great experience and will keep me coming back. Thank you !

It's during approximately a dozen store visits that we have had the pleasure of consulting with Hannah Michaud. I regrettably have not taken the time to write a review, until today. I was prompted to now because I had to return to the store to deal with a defective faucet. Once again, Hannah Michaud made herself available to assist us. Always professional. Affable. Always knowledgeable about product selection that best fits our renovation projects. Hannah is such an asset to FW WEBB. I hope she is treated accordingly.”

“I definitely prefer The Home Depot over the competition. I have noticed that they have jammed the front main isle with products, making it nearly impossible to navigate a cart through. I'm sure it's in an effort to steer you through the whole store, but it's inconvenient, to say the least. I will still always choose The Home Depot for price, product selection, and availability.”
“Jenna and Chris really bailed me out of a tight jam and got me an excavator right away even though the computers were down. They were able to use a manual ticket instead of just telling me "Sorry, there's nothing we can do. The system is down." They saved me an additional day of work and about $800 in extra overhead getting that excavator same day.”

“This depot is good, staff is helpful, a lot of items are always missing from the shelves and need to find a staff member to help, but that's more of a inconvenience then a issue. One issue I do have as being a pro getting help at the pro desk can sometimes be a pain as they are normally slammed busy, but on occasion the young staff on their cell phones.”
