“Amherst , NH location - walked in just before noon and was seen as soon as I completed registration at the kiosk. Seating area and private blood draw area was very clean. Staff was professional and thorough. I was in and out in under 20 minutes and within two hours I received an email to access their portal to view my labs when they were ready. Very convenient.”

“You have to go in the Bedford Medical Center entrance. Then get on the elevator to the second floor. Once you step off the elevator go left. This should bring you to quest diagnostics. There are plenty of other medical practices that you can ask for assistance if you can't find it. I put this on here because I was somebody who had no idea where they're office was in the building. Hopefully it will save time and frustration for someone. Be prepared to input your information for your visit, including insurance, driver's license, and possibly payment. If payment wasn't done online I'm not sure it can be done at the kiosk. Make sure to add extra time before your appointment to check in on the kiosk. They do not have any telephone help. It is completely automated with no personal assistance. Otherwise the place was great.”
