I can not remember the name of the man that did my blood test but he was awesome. It was my first time giving blood and once he heard that it was his mission to make me so comfortable and not nervous anymore. He pulled out a lounge chair for me to lay on in case I felt faint at all and talked to me the entire time while he was taking my blood about my pets to try and distract me. I couldn’t believe how easy it was and over so fast. I cannot say enough great things about this phlebotomist, he made it the easiest experience possible and calmed all of my nerves the minute I walked in.

The receptionist at Quest said they had a computer glitch and each appt time was scheduled with 5 appts, making all the appt 30 - 45 minutes delayed. It proved to be very inconvenient for many.
