I had an appointment at 5:30 PM. There was 1 person drawing blood and the person ahead of me was in there for over 30 minutes. No person at the front desk. I gave my appointment to an elderly lady who was waiting stand by. I knew she would never get in, because all the appointments were taken. I left, hoping they were able to get my appointment but because of the way the phlebotomist was speaking to us, I was skeptical.

DO NOT bother going to any quest location ever again to sit for hours. Probably one of the WORST businesses I have ever had to deal with. No human to speak with over the phone or in person. Left quest and went to Elliot at rivers edge in Manchester for lab and I was in and out in 10 minutes with no appointment.

Very quick and easy process. I'm happy with my experience coming to this location and I'm thankful I chose to come here. I was seen immediately after check-in and welcomed happily. Cathy made the whole experience so much easier for me (not a fan of getting my blood drawn) I felt comfortable and at ease. She was very good at her job. Overall 5/5. I'll come back for Cathy alone. Thanks again!

Im waiting at quest lab at 160 So River road in Bedford NH. I am diabetic and fasting. I planned this appointment carefully. So far, it is 30 minutes past my appointment time. I told the receptionist (who has only appeared once for 30 seconds) that I’m feeling whoozy and need to eat. I’m now leaving to go to CMC labs. I have never waited this long at CMC! I should have had more faith in the negative reviews here. They also told me they are double booked!!Added later same day: went to a different Quest location 2008 (this location wasn’t built then). It took 2 1/2 weeks for my PCP to receive the results. So since then I have gone to various CMC labs, including the hospital location. Always early for fasting blood tests. None of the locations take appointments. I never waited more than 10 minutes. Had a 3 minute wait today. My husband, an MD specialist in the area, just told me that he’s been having trouble getting timely results from Quest for the past 3-4 months. Stupid me for not mentioning this to him BEFORE I went and for doubting all the negative reviews for the Bedford location. Lesson learned.

This review is mainly for the location on Route 101 in Amherst, NH but the Bedford location isn't perfect, either. In fairness, Quest is half the cost of having testing done at a hospital. The people are pleasant enough. But recently the Amherst location moved to an adjacent building and now requires appointments (no walk-in opportunities, unless you want to wait as a "standby" for three hours and hope they get to you). As a regular customer, an email to the extent of "we have moved and now you need an appointment" would have been nice. Also, pretty much every time I have gone to either the Bedford or Amherst location, the paperwork either isn't there (it all has to faxed, which is absurd in today's day and age) or they lost it. Net, net: I then need to go back another day, which is a huge waste of time. Quest, you have worn me out. I'm simply going to pay more and have my bloodwork done at the hospital. It will cost more, but it will be done right (the first time) with no hassle.

My doctor sent orders for my tests multiple times - electronically and through fax, but apparently Quest Diagnostics never received any of those orders. We were made to wait for many hours and the doctor had to go through so many hoops to finally have my samples taken. As if this wasn't bad enough, it has already been 5 days and my test results are still not available. Customer service is a complete nightmare - I was put on hold for more than two hours and then gave up. No one picks up the phone. Customer service chat is useless as they cannot answer any questions and keeps asking me to call. What's the point in calling when I am expected to stay on the phone all day to simply speak to a rep? This is utterly unacceptable.

Jimmy was the best! I have pure anxiety attacks that can been turned into a panic attack when I give blood. I have to talk myself into just walking in the door. He made me feel at ease he was able keep me relaxed and he is a pure professional when it comes to taking blood I barley felt it. If I have to have my blood drawn again I know I will ask for Jimmy! It seems like everyone at Quest is so nice and understanding.

DO NOT GO HERE! I made an appointment online the day before for a urine test and received confirmation of it through email and text. I arrived on-site 10 min prior to my scheduled time and checked in through the text in which it said to. But first... i had no idea where this place was in the plaza. I had to go into CMC and ask them where it was because there was no exterior sign on the building for Quest. I received confirmation again and it said to proceed to the waiting area and that I did not have to check in again. I waited 30 min and have not heard my name called, which the text said would happen. I asked the workers about it and they seemed confused and said they would help in a minute. In which they did not. Other people in the waiting area have also been waiting and checked in through their phone like myself. It is now 45 min past my scheduled appointment so I ask again what the deal was, and they FINALLY looked more into and they said that I wasn't even in the system or checked in. I HAD MULTIPLE CONFIRMATIONS. The guy who had an appointment 20 min after me was called PRIOR to them calling me which made no sense. They just started to take random people and walk ins and did not follow any appointment schedule. The worker had to manually put my name into the system in order for them to call me up. I finally got called an hour after my "scheduled time" and that whole time i had to use the bathroom very badly because it was a urine test. This place has the most DISORGANIZED system I've ever seen. DO NOT make an appointment online or check in through your phone because it won't work and you'll be waiting FOREVER. I will not be going back here.

Went there this morning with my 86 year old mother. My mother had been going there numerous years. When I signed in electronically it said she need an appointment. Later on the screen walk ins were not guaranteed service. No notice was ever given to us about the change in policy. So we waited for over 30 minutes with no acknowledgement when she may be seen. There was no one at the front desk the entire time to ask questions. I got feed up and the next person was called in by a technician. So I followed the person to the door an asked the tech what was going on. This woman was very rude!!! All she kept saying is you need an appointment and didn't care that an 86 year old women had been waiting that long. My mother and I left immediately. I took my mother to CMC and what a contrast. We were greeted politely and provided a service within a reasonable time. Will never go to Quest again!

I went in early for a pre-employment screen. I did go early on a slow day. I waited 1 minute in the lobby and was in and out in 10 minutes. The woman I dealt with was super friendly.

My experience here was a good one. The automated phone system/appointment scheduler had a hard time understanding me, and finding the office was a little tricky, as it's located on the second floor of a building that houses multiple medical offices. Other than that, check in was simple, I didn't have to wait long (I had an appointment), and the phlebotomist was friendly.
