The 2 lady's are always so nice and helpful. They know how too make a boot match ur foot and too be most comfortable on the jobsite. I been buying boots from red wings for like 5 years now. I got a defective boot unfortunately it happens. They swapped um out today with easy. Red wings forever. 🔴🪽
