“Been in need of a nice pair of work boots for what I thought was several months now, but after today I've realized I've had the wrong work boots my whole life. Tried on a pair of the BOA boots, and my life will never be the same again. Not only did I get fitted properly for the first time in decades, the boots themselves have changed me. Just a few steps and I had a moment where I blacked out, and my life flashed before my eyes. Thousands of moments, all wearing the wrong boots, completely missing out on life and comfort. I can't believe I'm almost 42, and just now found this gift from God. I will never again purchase another brand or boot for the rest of my days. Nor will my children know anything but Red Wing boots. “I stop by a few time throughout the years and I've noticed recently the staff are more welcoming in greeting people in and checking on if anyone needs help finding anything. I normally browse for great deals in the back wall and sometimes new releases. Store is well organized and clean, even when it gets crowded.”

“My husband and I went in yesterday to get our daughters a few items for fall. Jose was wonderful! So kind and very helpful. He took his time polishing a pair of boots we picked out and we had a pleasant conversation with him. It was a nice change from a lot of other experiences we had in other shops through out the night.I think some of these one star reviews are unfair. Everywhere you look these days there are signs in store fronts saying “help wanted”. Pro tip- call the store before you go instead of checking Google hours. It’s either these stores stay open limited hours with their limited staff or they close for good. Retail is harder than ever with the rise of online shopping. It’s not easy to keep your store fronts open or keep people happily employed while they deal with entitled customers. New system changes are not the store employee’s fault. That is a corporate issue that does not deserve a one star rating.We had a great experience here and Jose was the reason for that. He was kind, helpful and even while attending to us he said hello to every person who walked through the door and offered help to others around us. I think the store was being run by he and one other associate. So job well done to a small staff on a Saturday afternoon. Bravo!”

“The dress came and is perfect! Length is just what I wanted.. I'm 5'2 for reference and it hits lower calf ... the bust is also perfect.. I'm about 42 around and it fits and flows nicely. The material is very nice. I was thinking it was more toward denim... but this is very stretchy is a flowy way NOT clingy..n9t at all heavy like pur denim would be. For my budget it was a splurge buy it was well worth it and u can style up or down!!

“Got my newest pair of winter boots here a few months ago. Just was in there on black Friday and the pair I almost bought for my son were still on the sale rack, he tried them on and liked them best. When I got to the register the employee helped look up my name and was able to apply both coupons in my email- 20% off and a $5 savings because of my own boots purchase! I was extremely satisfied he went above and beyond to help me get the extra savings. I barely had the money to spend in the first place!”
