I came in today to get a new pair of boots. The lady who helped me was so knowledgeable and made the process so easy. They scanned my feet and got me fitted with some in soles to help with my high arches. They will definitely see me in the future.

Woman with lower voice answered the phone with no personality and no customer service skills. I inquired to see if a particular boot was in stock and she replied “ we don’t have it “and hung up. I won’t be visiting the store .
