“I always come to this location of Valvoline because this place is so well run. This visit was even better because of Dennis, one of the Valvoline crew. I pulled into the lot, Dennis greeted me, asked what services I needed performed (oil change and inspection), told me where to pull me car up to and how long it would take. Once I my car was in the bay, he kept me apprised of what was being done and made recommendations, although he did not try to sell me anything.
Everything was done quickly and efficiently. I always come to this Valvoline but now the experience is even better because of Dennis. This guy is terrific and is an outstanding customer service person.

“Made my appointment a few weeks ago and was not aware Walmart cancelled my order the day before my appointment until I showed up for my tire install. An associate by the name of Ty went way out of his way to make sure I got my tires done before a big storm. I’ve been on a donut for 2 weeks and it’s our only 4 wheel drive car. I’m a tad irritated with their corporate but the staff couldn’t have been more pleasant to deal with. A+ for Ty and thank you for going above and beyond”
