“I’ve never used them for tires before because I forgot they were there. Called the usual tire places in Concord, NH and no one had what I wanted. One person actually tried to get me to drive an hour and they only had two of four tires. Great way to waste time. VIP came up in a Google search so I called. Felicity answered and she was awesome to work with. Didn’t have what I wanted but she offered an alternative (no one else did) and answered all my questions quickly and professionally. Scheduled me same day. She and the other gentleman behind the counter had personalities and were great to deal with. I’m moving all of my six cars to them.”
“I made an appt to rotate my tires. They did the job quickly and efficiently for very little charge. Two days later I came back bec I had a caution light on for my tires. On a Saturday the young man working stopped what he was doing checked the air in my tires and filled them at no charge. They have earned my loyalty!!!!”

I decided to take a chance on this place after getting scammed by my last mechanic. I just wanted an honest shop that communicates and charges the fairest price they can charge.
Glad to say that BOTH times I went there the car was fixed properly, the price was fair, and they treated you like a paying customer instead of an orange to be squeezed.
If you need you car fixed and you just want to know its in good hands, this is the place.”

They advertise 10 minute oil changes, but they do even more than that and they did it in only 9 minutes on my car and 6 minutes on the car before me! Waiting in line is the only downside, but I certainly don't fault a company for being popular! And it's pretty great that you don't even have to get out of your car. They still move everyone through quite speedily. Even with my wait with 5-7 cars in front of me, I was driving out in less than 45 minutes. If I had had to make an appointment somewhere else, my wait probably wouldn't have been much less, so that seems pretty great to me for a walk-in place! I drive old cars and get tired of making appointments for them, so this was perfect for me. Thanks, Prompto! I will definitely be back!”

“Thank you to Tim for helping me when I was stuck in a very precarious situation. We were visiting from out of town when my Tiguan started making suspicious noises from the wheel well. Fearful that the car wouldn't make it the six hour ride home, we looked up a local European garage in the hopes that they could help diagnose and fix the problem.Needless to say, Tim and the front desk employee went above and beyond to help out in oue time of need. I feel very lucky to have found such an honest and helpful mechanic in an unfamiliar area, where I don't know a single person!The shop quickly set to work finding the part we needed and began work immediately. I felt safe and confident that I could make it home, because Tim had done such a thorough job of inspecting the vehicle.Thank you for showing us such kindness when we were was stuck in a bind. If I ever have a need for a mechanic in NH again (which I hope doesn't happen!) I know who to call.”

“My car was running very hot, and the sensor came on for me to have it looked at. I called Jiffy Lube to see if this was something they could help with, they said yes, and that there was no waiting and to come in.
I was greeted by the manager, Michael. He was incredibly helpful, and professional. Turned out all I needed was coolant/antifreeze. He took my vehicle out to ensure that was the issue and there were no leaks.
Handed me my key and said no charge. Even if it had of been at a cost, I would still leave 5 stars.”
