“I am disabled, and for the most part I get around pretty well. But with all the gas stations being self service, it is difficult for me to put air in my tires. Anyway I needed air in a tire and was told vavoline would do it for me. I drove in a gentleman met me as I pulled in and said sure pull right into the bay n we will take care of it. And that they did. They checked all four tires! Put air in , and said no charge! I was so surprised. He said that's what we are here for. Can you imagine, you don't find places or people nowadays that give such service at no charge. I thanked them and gave them a tip, which I might add we should all do. As these services and kind workers deserve it. Thank you so much guys!!”

“Thank you to Tim for helping me when I was stuck in a very precarious situation. We were visiting from out of town when my Tiguan started making suspicious noises from the wheel well. Fearful that the car wouldn't make it the six hour ride home, we looked up a local European garage in the hopes that they could help diagnose and fix the problem.Needless to say, Tim and the front desk employee went above and beyond to help out in oue time of need. I feel very lucky to have found such an honest and helpful mechanic in an unfamiliar area, where I don't know a single person!The shop quickly set to work finding the part we needed and began work immediately. I felt safe and confident that I could make it home, because Tim had done such a thorough job of inspecting the vehicle.Thank you for showing us such kindness when we were was stuck in a bind. “Went in for an inspection. The certified inspector was about to leave for the day, but stayed on to complete my inspection. Brought me into the shop so I could see what needed to be fixed. Ordered parts and put me on the schedule to have it fixed the next day. I was to pick it up the day after. The parts came in a day late and they worked on all through the morning and I was able to drive it away at the agreed upon pick up time.”
