“Rafferty Auto Sales was fantastic! We were looking for a first car for our oldest daughter. They were friendly, low-pressure, and extremely cooperative. The vehicle we purchased was exactly as described, and they had no issues whatsoever with my wife and I doing our due diligence on the car. Highly recommended. This was our first purchase with Rafferty, but we have 7 kids who will all be driving at one point or another. I'm sure we'll be back!”

“I called to ask if anyone could help me figure out the electronics in my new used car, spoke with Megan who suggested to swing by and maybe she could help. Today I stopped in and Megan helped me on her own time to sort out what I couldn't and I have never used them before but I will moving forward, good honest people. Thanks Megan”

“Today I brought my newer vehicle 2021 Hyundai Tuscon for oil change, rotation, and inspection. The mechanic attending to my car was thorough and provided thorough answers to my question. As with my last visit I was greeted by Glenn and later Fitz. Both gentlemen were good natured, welcomed each customer, and went beyond what was expected. I will continue to bring my vehicles to VIP because of the team that services it's customers.”
“Communication issue was corrected on the type of rim, steel instead of alloy. Bill reached out to me to correct the issue and made this customer happy. Gave credit for steel wheels and mounted and balanced new alloys at no cost. Thank you!”

“I went in because I noticed a flat tire at the tanger outlet. I drove it across the street in which they were booked up but instead of turning me away,. It was a real he got me in right away. The guy was very personable, he treated myself and everyone else that went in or called in for service with a great deal of respect. I will be in for further work on my vehicle. Thank you for the exceptional customer service.”
“Always friendly, efficient, and worth the cost. I hate scheduling these appointments elsewhere and having to keep them (inconvenient) and what they do for you, with their multiple checks and in and out service- that never takes long- it is well worth it to help me keep up with good service on my vehicle that may get neglected without Valvoline service centers. Thanks you guys! I forgot! They coupons they send you help defer the cost and also helps me go regularly when I have struggled previously.”
“Walked in for an inspection and they were able to set up an appointment on the same day in an hour. Inspection was quick and professional. Got a free car wash. I would recommend them.”
“I had to wait a little while but it turned into a nice nap. They fix your car, replaced the oil, while you sit in the car! They were very professional, very organized but also kind of pricey. I would go back in a pinch.”
“excellent service... as a past Mechanic, i can tell you that these young dudes know what they are doing... i HIGHLY recommend this location... no pushy sales and very kind staff... Jerry B... Belmont NH”
