They identified a failure mode during the multi point inspection and Nick was very helpful in explaining what was wrong and what next steps should be. Many places won't install, or will charge extra, for cars like this with hard-to-access batteries. Never thought I'd say it but: I will look to Walmart Auto Care Centers for future needs!”
