Got a tour of the maple farm. The tour was a wonderful blend of family history and the science of maple syrup making. Brad and Jo were fantastic and this will become a must stop on our family drives between Maine and VT. Their syrup was so delicious it turned a life long fake syrup eater into a maple syrup convert.
