They show genuine care and have an astounding work ethic, creating a welcoming community and a local space where sewists of all levels feel supported and inspired. They offer excellent sewing machine service, particularly for Janome machines. They assist with finding new machines, allowing customers to try them in the store and providing full walkthroughs on how to use and care for them. They expertly handle cleanings, tune-ups, and repairs, fixing issues and getting machines running smoothly again. They are helpful on the phone and in the shop, answering questions and providing quick delivery for ordered parts. Customers report wonderful experiences, feeling pleased and not disappointed. They express gratitude for the service and the resource, with many stating they will return and would never go anywhere else. I would give them 6 stars if I could. We are out of towners & travel to this shop because of their incredible prices on Janome/Juki/Elna machines and fabulous customer care. We’ve been repeat customers, the 3 hour drive is well worth it!

Love Bittersweet! Great sewing machines-Love my Janome. Took a great class with Barbie MacDonald and looking for new classes on their schedule! Everyone is so helpful and friendly
