“I had a piece of metal stuck in one of my tires. I called Grappone and they told me to stop by and someone would check it in between appointments. They pulled the metal out, checked the tire and found it didn't need a patch. It only took about an hour and was no charge to me for their time. I was very pleased with the level of service and friendliness shown to me during this experience.”

Grappone sent a tow truck to retrieve the vehicle, performed second level diagnostics and determined the root cause of the failure. We went to Dempsey Auto and they charged about $300.00 for the same thing. Not sure how Carlson's justifies this cost, but I'm sure glad we found Dempsey Auto.”
