I initially purchased two parts for my SUV, and later realized I didn’t need one of them—unfortunately just past their 30-day return window. I did need another part around the same price, and Austin didn’t hesitate. He quickly tracked down the exact part I needed and made an even exchange happen. That is exceptional customer service.
When I went in to pick up the part, Austin—and the other gentleman at the front whose name I didn’t catch—provided the same level of professionalism and genuine customer care.
