“Dear FedEx Team Concord NH. How much I appreciate all of you. We came into mail Christmas presents to Florida. It was a Thursday, the young man helping us was wonderful. He said “they would arrive the following Wednesday.” Well they arrived two days early on Monday! I was nervous about one item out of my large box. I was told not to worry he would take great care. He marked the box fragile no one would miss it. To my surprise, I arrived in Florida today 12/24 to unpack my gifts. To find this… wow you all are great.
