And it’s nice to be recognized by name when you walk in the door. I especially appreciate their complimentary notary services and have accessed those services at least 20-30 times over the years. They are truly a community bank, and not some corporate sterile banking environment that could care less about you as a human being. We have loans with them, checking and savings as well, and I’m about to access their wealth management services to assist with my retirement plan and investments. Their online banking is easy to use and very user friendly, so finding what want is simple. Transfers, Zelle, online deposits, whatever you need can be done online. Getting help is only a phone call away and customer service is a person, not a computer.”
