“This is the worst bank ever to take a loan out with I always paid our loan on time all but once and it was a payment error. Kept in contact with bank reps in the loan depart correct the issue and paid a month in advance. Was told no late fees would be applied and I was all set. Felt the need to report us to the credit bureau on a late payment anyway. Called the bank upset about this and was told they can report it but can’t remove it until we disputed through the credit bureau.
UDATE: Lady from head of collections called me back a week later and said after reviewing my account she could see it was a payment error by 1 number and she would have this remove from my credit report. This phone call much appreciated thank you so much for doing your diligence as a bank representative and making this right!”
