Within minutes of someone trying to use my debit card number to make a purchase someplace in Texas, I received a phone call from the NECU fraud detection unit, asking me if I attempted to make this purchase. When I replied no, they immediately put a hold on my account and cancelled the card. Later on that morning, I got in my car and drove to my local branch in Northwood. The employees inside were great.
