“This review is long overdue. I have been banking remotely since relocating further away, but a recent experience reminded me why having a community-focused bank is so invaluable.
I previously ran into a minor issue, and I was incredibly impressed by the bank's response. They escalated the matter to one of their executives, who went above and beyond to personally ensure a resolution. That level of dedication is rare. Whether I am local or remote, the caliber of service remains exceptionally high, and I look forward to a long-standing relationship with HFCU.”

“I have had multiple loans through Members First, never been anything but a pleasant experience. Robin in lending has always been more than helpful. She cut me an expedited check when I bought my vehicle, which I flew to Atlanta to pick up and drive home, she worked with the dealership there for whatever they needed. She went above and beyond every time - she really is the best.
My motorcycle and multiple vehicles have been financed through Members First, as well as a HELOC for some home repairs, I don't even consider going elsewhere for a loan and neither should you.”

“My wife and I have had an excellent experience with our Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) through New Hampshire Federal Credit Union. We shopped around quite a bit, and found that both their introductory and long-term rates and terms - plus non-existent closing costs(!) - were better than anything else we could find in the area. The entire process, from application to closing, was pretty much seamless. I felt like they asked for an appropriate amount of documentation, and answered every question in a comprehensive and timely manner. The communication, primarily with Cheryl Ordway, was outstanding throughout. All good from application to closing to now ongoing HELOC use.”

“I had just opened an account and the young woman at the bank location accidentally entered my birth year wrong, I think she just wanted to make me 12 years younger. Sadly it did not work out that way and I had to call into the members service line. I spoke to Mark who was wonderfully helpful and polite.He explained the error, was able to fix it and grant my access to my online banking App. And he was very entertaining through the process of fixing everything, I absolutely adored his accent! I would absolutely recommend this bank to family and friends in the Manchester New Hampshire area.”

“I recently took out a home equity loan with Lighthouse. The whole process took 3 weeks start to finish. Kathy B in lending helped me find the right product. Kendall and Lindsay in mortgage lending helped with each step of the process. Gabrielle in Hooksett handled my closing while training another rep.
The only slightly annoying bit was the access process for loan messages and that’s not on any of them!
