“I have a 2022 ram 2500 diesel. I purchased a module for my truck a couple years back. It was a pre order module that was not their finished product. I had to send I back a couple times so they could reprogram it. The third time I tried sending it in it accidentally got dropped off at ups instead of the post office. Long story short it ended up getting lost. I called Their customer service to explain my situation and the mistake I made. Eric the owner sent me a brand new one that was no longer a pre order module free of charge. They really stepped up to the plate when they didn’t have to at all. So that alone gives em 6 stars in my book, but to top it off the new module works incredible. The truck is WAY more responsive and definitely has more power now. Also seeing about 1.5 mpg better fuel mileage now! Highly recommend this company!!!”

“We had a manufacturer's defect on our new 2024 Nissan Pathfinder, purchased in Florida. It was discovered in NH while we were visiting our children.
The frame was cracked and Nissan required that it be towed to a Nissan-approved body shop, which turned out to be Collision Pro. From the start they were clear about the work load and tech availability. They kept the car about a month while we fought with Nissan who blamed us for the defect. We even drove over to take pictures of the undercarriage and the tech came out and looked at it with us, agreeing that it didn't seem like there was damage to the car that would have caused a cracked frame.
Tammy kept in touch with us AND Nissan, but Nissan of America didn't do well communicating. In the end, we declined to repair it (as Collision Pro agreed). We asked for a replacement from Nissan and it was towed somewhere else where Nissan took over.
During a very unique and stressful time, we were grateful for the help and communication from Collision Pro.

Corporate is double booking appointments online and will not fix the technical issues. It’s extremely unfair for the technicians as they’re already understaffed. Thank you to the team.
