“I have a 2022 ram 2500 diesel. I purchased a module for my truck a couple years back. It was a pre order module that was not their finished product. I had to send I back a couple times so they could reprogram it. The third time I tried sending it in it accidentally got dropped off at ups instead of the post office. Long story short it ended up getting lost. I called Their customer service to explain my situation and the mistake I made. Eric the owner sent me a brand new one that was no longer a pre order module free of charge. They really stepped up to the plate when they didn’t have to at all. So that alone gives em 6 stars in my book, but to top it off the new module works incredible. The truck is WAY more responsive and definitely has more power now. Also seeing about 1.5 mpg better fuel mileage now! Highly recommend this company!!!”

“I live in Westminster, VT and got a flat tire on a Sunday later afternoon. I drove to Oreillys in BF and was able to get a few sockets to get a stripped lug nut off (stripped from a previous vendor that rotated my tires) as well as having some accurate advice. They were very courteous and helpful in helping me get out of a pickle on a Sunday afternoon!”

“This is probably the most well-stocked auto parts store that I've been to. When you walk in you'll be amazed on just how full the shelves are and how neat and orderly everything is. They were more than accommodating to special order a part for me and the prices were reasonable.”
“We had a manufacturer's defect on our new 2024 Nissan Pathfinder, purchased in Florida. It was discovered in NH while we were visiting our children.
The frame was cracked and Nissan required that it be towed to a Nissan-approved body shop, which turned out to be Collision Pro. From the start they were clear about the work load and tech availability. They kept the car about a month while we fought with Nissan who blamed us for the defect. We even drove over to take pictures of the undercarriage and the tech came out and looked at it with us, agreeing that it didn't seem like there was damage to the car that would have caused a cracked frame.
Tammy kept in touch with us AND Nissan, but Nissan of America didn't do well communicating. In the end, we declined to repair it (as Collision Pro agreed). We asked for a replacement from Nissan and it was towed somewhere else where Nissan took over.
During a very unique and stressful time, we were grateful for the help and communication from Collision Pro.

“Might be a bit long but worth it! So rented a sedan online via hertz website. When I went to pick up they didn't have 1 of them so they moved me to a small SUV instead and it was explained to me that hertz may not always ensure a particular type of vehicle will be there so maurice's fixes this on their own.Upon returning, I had realized after the fact I forgot to fill the tank and they allowed me to fix this and aided in doing so to ensure I was only paying market value for gas rather than the hertz fee. And when I asked for a ride to my home here in town they immediately obliged.To me this was real customer service. Polite respectful doing those little extra things to help folks out and it makes a difference. This is sadly something you see very little of these days, but I am very glad to know 1 business in town still practices customer service.On a side note, I've been looking at buying a trailer and when I do, to repay in kind and support a local business even if it means waiting for a delivery I'll order it through here.”

“The team here is great! My tire change went well and they made great time for being short staffed. Very friendly staff all around. Moe and Richard went the extra mile for me and fit me in when they were over booked. I would have given 5 stars, however Walmart’s corporate is not supporting this shop as best as they could. Corporate is double booking appointments online and will not fix the technical issues. It’s extremely unfair for the technicians as they’re already understaffed. Thank you to the team. Corporate Walmart needs to do better.”
