Rolling out we had an issue with our breaks, Bill had his whole team addressing it and all fixed in an hour. Walking into an auto parts store as a woman can definitely feel intimidating, but Austin immediately made me feel completely comfortable. He explained everything clearly, treated me with respect, and genuinely went above and beyond to help me.
I initially purchased two parts for my SUV, and later realized I didn’t need one of them—unfortunately just past their 30-day return window. I did need another part around the same price, and Austin didn’t hesitate. He quickly tracked down the exact part I needed and made an even exchange happen. That is exceptional customer service.
When I went in to pick up the part, Austin—and the other gentleman at the front whose name I didn’t catch—provided the same level of professionalism and genuine customer care. His son's Ron & Chris run it now, they grew up with all my cousins in Loudon. The boys treated us fair & did exceptional work - even sent us progress photos along the way. “The Carparts Store in Epsom is just a little ways north of the Epsom Circle right next to what used to be M & M Ford but is now a Tim's Truck Capitol. There are easy to see with a good sized sign at roadside. They've been there quite a while. The parking lot is spacious & we'll lit. The store is well stocked & the staff is friendly & knowledgeable. They deliver parts to local tradesmen all day every day. Thee is a large double door entrance that opens on everything from batteries to brake pads & everything in between. Closed early Sat & closed all day Sunday.”
