“Called to get an oil undercoating they were away for Christmas and New years they returned my call as soon as they were back and were able to get me in same day Only took an hour Waiting room was cozy had an additional conference room if you need to get some work done Customer service was great & friendly There was good coffee and snacks if you felt hungry TV's as well they were off but that was ok I'm sure if I asked I could get them on but I was content Will recommend and will be back when needed This was my first time and they gave me instructions before I left about a couple simple things and also told me there was a little over spray on the paint (expecting)”

“Burn bridges with your regular mechanic and go to Kezar instead. The employees are incredibly nice. As a 21 year old woman who has a limited amount of car related knowledge, I felt safe and comfortable in their clean waiting room. They didn't try to pull any nonsense on me (side note you can clean your air filter with a toothbrush don't let anyone tell you to replace it like my last mechanic did) and during my first oil change appointment there they actually told me that whoever had replaced the brakes at the last place used a hammer to do so and damaged the frame. Don't let the new location fool you, the mechanics at Kezar are experienced and professional. 10/10 place, my entire family looks forward to doing business with you. Also the semi synthetic oil change I just got was only $35.”

I called him up and he squeezed me in with a tight window that I missed, but he took me anyway.If you need parts, you’re going to pay the premium, but he probably has what you need squirreled away somewhere.
