“I had some work done to a cylinder head. I wanted a 5 angle valve job. The cutter didn't get all 5 angles. I had to bring it back to have them make sure I got the full 5 angles. I'm sure they mainly do 3 angle. Not a common thing for them so not a huge deal but I did have to bring it back. They did do an amazing job cleaning up the head though. I really looked good.”

The staff (everyone from the damage assessor to the repair team to the employees who cover the front desk and field phone calls) is professional, capable, and prepared to take on uncooperative insurance companies when they fail to approve needed work. At their own initiative Banks employees keep car owners apprised of every step and help them with everything from rental cars to negotiating the many needless roadblocks apparently thrown up by virtually all insurers. I am so grateful that I'm posting this review on Google, something I never do because I dislike the fact that the poster's name is thrown up on the internet for eternity.”
