“I'm a BELIEVER! Roadtripping from Maine to the Finger Lakes, NY with my family, we started hearing a rattle. Feeling uneasy, we called 5 or 6 shops in the Concord area to see if they could take it in and look at it, we got turned down every time. On a whim, I drove it down the street from my inlaws to Kezar Automotive. Upon entering, it was clean, cool and bright. The friendly folks at the desk heard my needs and saw to it that their "Toyota guy" take a look immediately. "Al" came out to greet us, took it out for a quick drive and pulled it into the bay. 20 minutes later... our car was fixed! The experience was 100% wonderful, the price was right and my faith in honest, local mechanics has been restored. Thanks for getting my family safely back on the road. “First time getting my truck undercoated and very happy I went here! Booking an appointment was easy and staff was very friendly and helpful! Price was not bad at all either. Took them a little over an hour to complete. Had a technical question and Joe was super helpful and friendly on the phone.
I also believe they they put air in my tires since my tire pressure light is not on anymore after I went and even greased by tail get latch, the tail gate support cable nut and behind the bottom of the truck behind the tail gate since I did not notice that before. Above and beyond would give this place 10 stars! Going back with my wifes car in the summer and future coatings in the future!”
